Me da mucha lastima tener que llegar a este medio , pero el dano economico y personal que esta agencia me ha hecho es increible, el trato al cliente es el peor que he visto en Estados Unidos y aun peor lo mal que estan haciendo quedar a la agencia a nivel internacional y encima tienen el descaro de hacerlo aca en USA sabiendo las reglas y leyes de servicio al cliente que se deben cumplir.
La mala informacion , y desorganizacion e impuantilidad es lo que mejor saben hacer y para terminar la falta de respeto porque es un servicio caro y no tienen consideracion en lo absoluto!
