This clinic is no longer operating in Costa Rica. The owner Nick Russi moved back to California. You can call IAFA which is the Costa Rican ministry that authorizes and licenses drug treatment centers in Costa Rica. The only other English speaking drug treatment programs in Costa Rica are Costa Rica Recovery in Rohrmoser or New Hope. Costa Rica Recovery is the only residential treatment program and New Hope is a drug treatment program run out of a hotel.
